We had an amazing experience with Josh! We initially were thinking to sell our home ourselves to avoid commission costs however I am glad we did not do that. We were thinking to list at our zestimate from Zillow and Josh came in and listed for 20k more than that and we ultimately got 25k more what were thinking when we sold plus some extra bonuses that we wouldn’t have thought of without him. We had some hiccups that he handled with grace and I truly feel he always had our best interests at mind the whole way. We ended up with a great realtor who answered all our questions (and I had a lot) and got us more money in the end. I full recommend him to anyone selling their home and when decide to look for another home in this area I wouldn’t hesitate to have him be my realtor on the buyer side because of our great experience as a seller. He has been alos been courteous and provided me with updates in regards to the status of the project, walking me through the process. Josh Bowen was the ABSOLUTE BEST realtor we could have asked for. He was so knowledgeable not only about the process, but on every aspect of a house as well. He would not let us buy something that was not right for us (or in bad shape). He was a true friend during the entire process, and I cannot say enough about his professionalism, his character, and overall knowledge during our house-selling and house-buying journey.
